Paper Morsels

Paper Crafts and Sweet Morsels from life.

Red, White and Snow

Just to show you how versitile the Simon Says Stamps snowflake dies can be, here’s a completely different look than my recent watercolor version.  This time, I added a little clear glue to the die cuts and dipped them into some clear microfine glitter before mounting them onto beautiful DCWV red foiled cardstock. The foil is so reflective that getting a good photo angle sure was tricky!

Tiddly Inks Christmas Cards

I had some fun making some Christmas cards this year with a few cute Tiddly Inks images. They are so fun to color and I had a good time trying out different skin and hair color combinations.   I never get to make as many handmade cards for Christmas as I’d like to, but I got a few out this year.  I didn’t want to post them til they made it to their destinations!  I always think I’ll start early…I made these in November…maybe next year I should do “Christmas in July” card making!  I hope you all had a fantastic holiday!

Kiddie Card – OWH Labor Day VCMP #6

Challenge #6 was to create a card for a kid that follows the “Tic Tac Toe” chart below.  I chose the top row across to use for my card.  My card has wings (all penguins do, whether they wear mittens or not!).  I used stamping and coloring as well as little snowflake paper punches.
